Tru by Hilton Baltimore Harbor East earned the 2025 Hilton Award of Excellence for the second consecutive year.
Ranked 12th out of 282 Tru hotels nationwide, the award is based on overall hotel performance, guest satisfaction scores, cleanliness, service, and the consistency of the guest experience throughout the year.
The recognition marks another major achievement for the hotel and continues to strengthen Holladay Hospitality’s presence within the Hilton portfolio. According to General Manager Monica Smith, the foundation of the hotel’s continued success comes down to the people behind the guest experience each day. “It starts with hiring the right people from the beginning and building a strong team culture,” said Smith. “The team we’ve built and nurtured over the years is the reason we’ve been able to maintain such a high level of service and consistency.”
