WoodSpring Suites Elkhart celebrated its official ribbon cutting ceremony in September 2025, welcoming guests, community members, and local partners to the new extended stay hotel in Elkhart.
The four-story, 122-room Choice Hotels property was designed for guests needing accommodations for more than just a few nights, offering in-room kitchens, free Wi-Fi, and flexible weekly and monthly rates for working professionals, relocating guests, and families in transition.
Built around the WoodSpring Suites extended stay model, the hotel focuses on simple, reliable accommodations without unnecessary extras while delivering comfort and convenience for longer stays.
The opening also marks another milestone for Holladay Hospitality within the extended stay segment. “This is our 15th WoodSpring Suites to open, marking a decade-long relationship with the brand, so this is a huge milestone for us,” said Duffey Phelps, Senior Vice President of Development at Holladay Properties. “Being able to offer a brand-new hotel that provides an extended stay option in a vibrant city like Elkhart is what hospitality is all about.”
